Film Noir

The series Film Noir is inspired by classic film noir style: a visual vocabulary defined by location, vantage point, the interplay of light and shadow and its narrative possibilities. I select scenes that evoke that sense of possibility and mystery, that hint at intrigue and future encounters and invite viewers to imagine their own stories.
